Human resources
Our human resources management (HRM) involves agreed with each our staff individual growing program to reach:
- Best level responsibility for each staff
- Adequate for AZECOLAB’s QMS and HSE requirements
- Individual scientific development
As the results of last 4 year activity our personnel have decades of certificates for instrumental analytics methods, QA/QC and HSE management, waste management as well as for research center management too.
Infrastructure-Equipments resources
Our infrastructure and equipments have to comply of strong good laboratory practice and HSE requirements. Electricity, water, gas supply system have integrated into complete building and rooms management system. Routine control and maintenance allow guaranteeing continuous operation of our facilities. All equipments, equipments’ applications, as well as maintenance actions are added into the logbook and registered.
