Fighting Fake Documents
Azecolab is committed to maintaining the highest standards of trust, quality, and transparency. In recent months, we have encountered several concerning cases of fraud and misuse of our company’s name and reputation, both locally and internationally.
Identified Issues:
- Impersonation within Azerbaijan: Some local entities have registered companies with names similar to "Azecolab Company LLC" or "Azecolab Company MMC". These entities are misleading clients by offering services under the Azecolab name without possessing the required laboratory infrastructure or official accreditations.
- Unauthorized Use Abroad: We have also identified incidents where Azecolab’s logo and addresses have been unlawfully used in laboratory reports issued by foreign organizations that have no affiliation with Azecolab.
Official Statement:
Azecolab hereby informs all clients and stakeholders that a laboratory report is considered valid only if:
- It is signed by both the Azecolab CEO and the QA/QC Manager,
- It bears the official Azecolab company seal,
- It is sent directly from an official Azecolab email address (domain: @azecolab.com ) e.g., [email protected].
What to Do if You Suspect a Fake Report:
If you receive any report or document from a third party referencing “Azecolab Company LLC” or “Azecolab Company MMC”, and it was not sent directly by Azecolab, please report it immediately by emailing:
