About Us

Azecolab is analytical service laboratory that offers a full line of testing services in the environmental fields. The laboratory has been in existence since 2000 and in its current facility is situated at ave.H.Javid 31a from 2003.

As technological developed structure, Azecolab is integrated into Azerbaijan national research activities and has close relationships with Azerbaijan National Universities and National Academy of Sciences. Azecolab were participated in series of long term regional environmental projects financed by international organizations, which are supporting of scientific and environmental projects in region (U.S. CRDF, NATO SfP, OSCE, WB, UNEP, IAEA, EBRD and EU FP7). All these projects were financing in non-profit basis, but with possibility to renew of Azecolab equipments and covering of all direct project costs.

Currently, main Azecolab activities pointed to implement environmental and analytical services for oil companies and other regional industrial units. Azecolab is accredited national testing center and all Azecolab equipments and SOPs had certification by Azerbaijan National Agency for Standardization. Azecolab management system was developed according ISO 9001:2000, and HSSE management according OHASUS 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2004. Azecolab laboratory is working on base Azecolab ISO 17025 Quality Manual and we pointed to finish of this certification at the 2010.
